[suggest] adding a north american mirror

Hi,

I made a preliminary request of osuosl.org to add the repo to their
(excellent) mirror service, which i believe is multi-homed in various
US locations.

Perhaps I should have asked here first but I assumed it would be OK.

They asked how large the repo is in total.

I would like to improve our mirroring setup, so this is a welcome
addition. Currently HEAnet pulls from our own system that regenerates
metadata once a day.

It would be useful to have another high-profile mirror pull dirrectly from
our server.

It currently is 86G in size. This means that it is time to start ripping
out duplicates (or provide them from an archive somewhere else).
