Hi All,

I am constantly getting this pop up from VLC wanting me to update
VLC. Is this something to be ignored or a bug to fix?

VLC 1.1.13 is a bugfix release of VLC media player. It
brings 2 important security fixes and some bugfixes.

VLC, Help, About says I am running "1.1.13 the luggage". So
does RPM:

$ rpm -qa \*vlc\*
vlc-1.1.13-74.el6.x86_64
