where do we find out more about the behind the scenes processes?

i cheched repoforge and didnt find a lot and some of it may hve escaped my
notice

These two lines of the commit don't look right:

252 +touch %{buildroot}%{_localstatedir}/clamav/daily.cld
253 +touch %{buildroot}%{_localstatedir}/clamav/main.cld

They create the two empty files which seem to cause the
startup failures people observe after installing the
update.
