I installed the RPMs from EPEL and it works fine.

Is it worth including in RepoForge?

Hi!

I build an RPM file for transmission 32 and 64 bits (only tested on
CentOS 6) but I cannot build versions over 2.13 because newer versions
require an updated libevent library, which would replace the one
included in CentOS/RHEL 6. If interested, I can share the spec file I use.

rpmfusion should not include same packages in epel.
Please stop top-posting.

Why are you commenting on rpmfusion on a rpmforge / repoforge mailing
list? And why should there not be duplication or overlap? Not everyone
uses or wishes to use epel.

It's a well-established fact that various 3rd-party repos don't work
well together due to overlap. What _I_ do is use an
"includepkgs=foo,bar,baz" setup in the applicable /etc/yum.repos.d/ repo
files to limit what is installed and updated from each 3rd-party source;
this keeps everything under my control and there are no surprises.

Install yum-priorities and set a different priority to each repository you installed...
The order of priority is up to you though, except for the main repository which should be at 1.
