there is an incident for the recovery of the following clamd clamav clamav-db.
http://pkgs.repoforge.org/clamav/ page clearly shows the new version but not
download the new rpm

please fix this

That's because the main mirror at HEAnet only pulls new packages every 4
hours. And the individual mirrors some unknown time after that. It has
always been like this and will only be fixed when we reorganize our
mirror-structure.

The only reason for me to show the indexes from the master server, is that
it offers a per-package view that is otherwise unavailable, and it offers
community-members to verify whether a mirror is behind.
