[users] rxvt-unicode EL6 problem

Hi

Just updated to the new rxvt-unicode 9.14 from your repo, and no matter
how much I have tried, I can not get 256 colour mode to work, I checked
the src.rpm and it looks like its not enabled :( Could you please upload
a version that supports 256 colours? maybe like fedora you could split
it into the same four packages? (256/256-ml and 88/88-ml
(multi-language))

Please fork the github repo and make the modifications you like. Also test
them before doing the pull-request ;-)
