Hi,

I just tried to install squidguard and squidguard-blacklists on one of
my servers. Here's what I get :

[root at raymonde:~] # yum install squidguard squidguard-blacklists
Loaded plugins: fastestmirror, priorities
Loading mirror speeds from cached hostfile
* base: ftp.ciril.fr
* extras: mirror.avalonsys.eu
* rpmforge: fr2.rpmfind.net
* updates: centos.intergenia.de
488 packages excluded due to repository priority protections
Setting up Install Process
Resolving Dependencies
--> Running transaction check
---> Package squidguard.i386 0:1.3-1.el5.rf set to be updated
---> Package squidguard-blacklists.noarch 0:20050528-1.2.el5.rf set to
be updated
--> Processing Dependency: squidguard = 1.2.0 for package:
squidguard-blacklists
--> Finished Dependency Resolution
squidguard-blacklists-20050528-1.2.el5.rf.noarch from rpmforge has
depsolving problems
--> Missing Dependency: squidguard = 1.2.0 is needed by package
squidguard-blacklists-20050528-1.2.el5.rf.noarch (rpmforge)
Error: Missing Dependency: squidguard = 1.2.0 is needed by package
squidguard-blacklists-20050528-1.2.el5.rf.noarch (rpmforge)
You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: package-cleanup --problems
package-cleanup --dupes
rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
The program package-cleanup is found in the yum-utils package.

I guess the package squidguard-blacklists simply needs an update against
the newer version of squidguard (correct me if I'm wrong).

Cheers,

Niki

You seem to be right. Hopefully someone can look into it, otherwise I
will try to check it out later this week.

The problem is still there. I'm still unable to install
squidguard-blacklists.
I have updated the blacklists and patched sG to the latest point
release.

Let Dag some time to rebuild the packages. (I didn't test them though!)
