[users] libpqxx for el6

Hi!

I'm using centos6 and can't find the libpqxx-el6 package.
There's only a build log with errors...

When will this package released?

I'm now seeing this at gmail for some messages, and someone has
reported to me that my messages have turned up this way.

Has this only been from gmail users? I don't have an IMAP client set
up right now and find grabbing the complete headers somewhat awkward.
I suspect that gmail has added some SMTP servers and not put them in
their SPF records, but would like to confirm the issue.
