[users] flash-plugin package

Hi!

I compared the flash-plugin package offered by repoforge for EL6 and
noticed that it has less files than the one offered by Adobe:

Adobe package:

Basically, it excludes the flash-player-properties configuration
utility, its icons, a couple KDE libraries and the readme.txt file
(maybe it's the same as README?) but I wonder why all these files are
excluded or if they are in another package.
