I'm guessing it is looking for
http://search.cpan.org/~mergl/pgsql_perl5-1.9.0/Pg.pm.
You can use cpanspec or cpan2rpm to package it for yourself, install
that package, and then the dependency will be satisfied.
And..... my minor patches to cpan2rpm for RHEL 6, along with the .spec
file, are available at:

https://github.com/nkadel/cpan2rpm-2.028-srpm

I'd actually like to see that get into Repoforge, along with my patch,
which resolves some dependency issues building it on RHEL 6.
