Hi,

I'd like to request a bump in the lame and lame-devel packages to 3.98.4.

There's a bug with mp3 encoding which was introduced in lame- 3.98.2
and fixed in lame-3.98.4.

We've verified a compiled version of 3.98.4 does indeed fix the problem.
