[users] latest update for wine

Ladies and Gentlemen,

I just tried to update wine and its cohorts. It looks like wine-gecko
is out of sync. wine-1.6-1.el6.rf wants wine-gecko-1.4, but the repo
contains wine-gecko-1.9.

Here are the error messages that I got:
