[suggest] Looking at new Subversion-1.6.16, not a trivial upgrade

So, I'm looking at the Subversion 1.6.16 upgrade for RPMforge. Not so
trivial, a stack of the patches break and it's breaking in compilaiton
on RHEL 6, apparently due to the not-necessary-for-that-release
"sqlite-amalgamation" tool. No idea when I can get back and finish
that one, let me know if anyont takes it in.
