I may be missing something but I cannot seem to find a perl-Mail-SPF rpm
for CentOS 6 in the rpmforge, rpmforge-extras, or the
repoforge-updates-stable repos although I can find one for CentOS 5. I
can find a CentOS 6 rpm at epel but am loath to mix in another
repository.
